1. Acceptance

By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use HumanRaj.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at security@humanraj.com.

3. Your content

You own everything you create on HumanRaj — emails, posts, videos, blogs, listings. You grant us a limited license only to host and display it as part of running the service.

4. Acceptable use

No harassment, hate speech, or illegal activity.
No spam, scraping, or automated abuse.
No malware, phishing, or impersonation.

5. Marketplace

Marketplace listings are between buyers and sellers. HumanRaj only facilitates discovery in the categories you've opted in to. Consumer-protection laws of your jurisdiction apply.

6. Subscriptions

Some features (premium AI, professional/blog memberships) may require a paid plan. You can cancel anytime; refunds follow local consumer law.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the Controls module. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
